SURVEY for the emotional engagement of Guernica

Below is a survey intended for our participant groups. Each group is as follows:

Artists and Art students will provide a perspective that maintains a predisposition to understanding art.  

Activists who will provide a perspective reflective of activism for civil rights/anti-war.

General population will consist of those members of society who are not participating in activism nor are they artists or art students.

 

It is our intention to facilitate this research study by surveying 50 people for each group.  A pre-screening will be conducted to ensure the integrity of the study by disallowing a cross-contamination due to possible participants overlapping into two categories. 

 

The survey will incorporate several themed groupings of questions provided in different formatting to prevent nuanced responses as well as triangulating responses to provide a sounder interpretation of the emotional responses. A construct map will be provided to reflect our strategy for triangulation to ensure research transparency. (e.g. questions 1,4,7,20 reflect emotional intensity)
